Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Ring Minus One Inc. (“we”) provides the Umbra hypervisor, the UMBRA console and related services, and distributes Kratos. These terms govern your use of them and of this website.

2. Your account

Keep your credentials and licence keys private. You are responsible for activity under your account. One subscription covers the number of machines shown on your plan.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe. All payments are final: we do not offer refunds, for subscriptions or for reseller credits. When you cancel, your licence stays valid until the end of the period you already paid for and is not renewed.

4. Acceptable use

Use Umbra and Kratos only on machines you own or are authorised to administer, and only in ways that are lawful where you are. You may not use them to access systems or data you are not authorised to access, to distribute malware, or to infringe the rights of others. You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute Umbra except through an approved developer agreement.

5. Developer program

Resellers are bound by their separate agreement in addition to these terms. Licence credits do not expire and are not refundable. Link secrets and API keys are confidential; you are responsible for licences issued with them.

6. Software changes to your machine

Umbra installs a boot loader and services, and may create a partition for its virtual TPM. Back up your data before installing. The software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Termination

We may suspend accounts or licences that breach these terms. You may close your account at any time.
